6. Right of withdrawal
A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a clear notice of withdrawal to:
info@jankuknitting.ee
The notice should include sufficient information to identify the order and the products being returned.
The customer must return the goods no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice.
The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods when exercising the ordinary 14-day right of withdrawal.
7. Condition of returned goods
The customer may examine the product only to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning, similarly to how the product could normally be examined in a physical store.
The customer may be responsible for any decrease in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such examination.
Whenever reasonably possible, returned products should include their original packaging, labels and accessories.
8. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply in cases provided by law.
This includes, among other things, products that have been made according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised for the customer.
Other statutory exceptions may also apply depending on the nature of the product.
9. Refunds
When the customer validly withdraws from the contract, Janku Knitting will refund the payments received from the customer no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.
The refund includes the original standard delivery cost paid by the customer. If the customer selected a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery option available, the additional delivery cost does not have to be refunded.
Janku Knitting may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or until the customer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back.
Unless otherwise agreed, the refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
10. Defective or incorrect products
If a product does not conform to the contract, the consumer has the right to submit a claim to the seller within two years from receiving the product.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible:
Email: info@jankuknitting.ee
Please include your order details and, where appropriate, photographs or other information describing the problem.
The customer's statutory rights concerning defective products are not affected by the 14-day right of withdrawal.
11. Complaints
The customer may submit complaints to Janku Knitting by email at:
info@jankuknitting.ee
Janku Knitting will respond to a written consumer complaint within 15 days.
If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute, the consumer may contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) or a competent court.
12. Personal data

Customer information is handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
